Challenges
Upon onboarding them as a client in October 2019, our Gurus uncovered a couple of challenges, being a content gap on the main category pages; unoptimised and missing metadata elements; missing relevant web page schema markups; and a lack of search engine visibility in general.

Our Approach
Writing good quality content was a major priority. We found that many key category pages had low word counts and lacked SEO optimisation. To address this, we enhanced existing pages and created new ones targeting the most profitable and relevant keywords.
Additionally, we developed a multi-channel conversion strategy, combining organic search (both branded and non-branded), paid search, and social media. Our analysis showed the most effective path involved users discovering the brand via search and returning through direct channels to complete their purchase.
